Injury Policy
Should your pet experience an injury during grooming, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer compensation depending on the circumstances. To be eligible for any form of reimbursement, clients must notify us within 48 hours of the appointment and provide:
- A veterinary invoice
- Contact information for the treating clinic
- A description of the incident and outcome
Disclosure of Health & Behavioral Needs
We rely on pet parents to inform us of any known medical conditions, sensitivities, behavioral tendencies, or special care requirements in advance. Failure to communicate such details may impact the outcome of the grooming service. We cannot be held responsible for challenges or complications resulting from undisclosed issues.
